A decade in recruitment – can I call myself a veteran now?! You’d think in that time I’d have seen it all, but this is one of those careers that really teaches you to expect the unexpected. This is the reason I am still so passionate about my job now as I was as a fresh-faced grad back in 2014. My experience spans across IT, Public Sector and most recently, Financial Services. The impact my actions have on clients’ businesses and people’s livelihoods is something I never take for granted, and so you can expect no pressure, no sales tactics, and no false promises whilst we’re working together.

Away from Work

A big fan of live music, very pale rosé wine, and adventures with my sausage dog.

However, that all comes second to me navigating parenthood with my husband, Adam, and trying to be the very best mum to my small human, Bobby, who so happens to be autistic.

For my sins, I have worked in recruitment since 2013, having seen the good, bad and ugly, I take real pride in giving an authentic, honest service and separating myself from the stereotypical recruitment firms of today who sell sell sell. My experience spans across Hospitality, Business Support and most recently Property. I believe my inquisitive nature and persistence to meet all clients face to face regularly has led to this success and job satisfaction. Now thrilled to return to my roots, and recruit sales and business support roles for Cheshire and South Manchester’s SMEs.

Away from Work

Fun loving, gig going, dog and beer lover.

I am incredibly close with my family, and like most mid 30 years olds have a wonderfully weird small group of very close friends, I will soon be married to Joiner Phil, we happily share our home in Handforth with Phil the dog and Herbert the cat.

Why Hardy Booth?

We have worked for some great recruitment businesses previously, having learnt so much and harboured relationships that brought us such joy and job satisfaction, we knew some day we would do it for ourselves. The fear of loneliness stopped us for some time but meeting and working together changed that for us both.

We are completely in sync morally and ethically when it comes to business and have the best fun together. Creating Hardy Booth allows us both the flexibility and freedom we need and want whilst servicing our treasured clients and candidates in the local area, being the gateway to Cheshire & South Manchester's top talent.
